Conducts frequent and periodic inspections of plant processes to detect malfunctions and initiate corrective actions Maintains accurate and complete records on plant operation and laboratory dataExecutes work and maintenance schedules, ensures that buildings, grounds and equipment are maintained. Assists Utilities Maintenance staff as needed in the performance of their duties at the Plant. Performs routine laboratory tests and collects samples according to set testing schedules. Assists in the safe use of all chemicals and mechanical treatment related supplies. Reads and records daily plant parameters and equipment readings. Makes adjustments to the equipment based on guidelines set by the on duty Shift Operator. Performs interior and exterior building maintenance, housekeeping chores and grounds maintenance tasks as needed. Performs regularly scheduled preventive and emergency maintenance on plant electrical and mechanical systems. To maintain the log sheet and keep the record of consumed chemical and various reading. Follow all safety precaution during the working hours. Monitor all plant production and processing equipments. Inspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations. Inspect service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, heat exchangers and valves. Calculated chemical dosages and adjust chemical feed rates. Data entry using spreadsheets to complete daily water and chemical usage reports, maintained update of monthly and annual operational reports. Maintained log books, daily plant data and other operational records&#10146; Operated water treatment plant facilities including disinfection, coagulation, flocculation, and sedimentation and filtration equipment including pumps, valves, motors, chemical feed systems, and related equipment.Job Type: Permanent

SCADA OPERATOR - FM - MAINTENANCE

<ul><li>Receives and reviews incoming work requests for repairs/maintenance to Fire Alarm system, Building Management System, Access Control System, Chiller Management System, PLC /SCADA based controlled equipment&rsquo;s, pressure, temperature, flow recording and analyzing instrumentation, Audio Visual System, and other low voltage equipment&rsquo;s.</li><li>Executes the work requests and allocates work to subordinates and contractors.
