To carry out the maintenance activities of wide range AC / HVAC equipment in a safe manner in accordance with policies &amp; procedures and accepted technical standards. The equipment&rsquo;s include, but not limited to water-cooled centrifugal chillers, Air-cooled reciprocating, scroll &amp; screw chillers, Air handling Units, DX units, fan coil units, VRV systems, Package units, Precision units, Split units, window air conditioners, deep freezers, Central cold room/cold storage, Heat Pumps, Fume hoods, cooling towers, Building Management Systems, Chillers Management Systems, PLC controlled HVAC equipment, to provide feedback and field update to his Immediate supervisors.<ul><li>ITI &amp; Diploma (or equivalent HVAC technical certification)</li><li>Candidate must be available in Doha for a face‑to‑face interview.</li><li>Candidate must be on a transferable visa with valid NOC.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person

HVAC TECHNICIAN-FM

<ul><li>To supervise, coordinate and control all activities of maintenance, refurbishment/ Modifications/ Installations /commissioning/ testing of equipment /buildings etc.</li><li>The activities include wide range of equipment/system/building associated with different disciplines such as HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil.</li><li>To ensure that preventive maintenance activities are carried out as per the schedule. To troubleshoot the unusual failure of the system and analyses the root cause to avoid recurrence of the problem and to provide a permanent solution.</li><li>To carry out root cause analysis of the problems, to ensure all the field activities are carried out as per Safety standards.</li><li>To provide work directions to support partner and contractor staff and ensure that all activities conform to policies and procedures and accepted technical standards. To remain up to date in the respective fields of engineering.</li><li>To coordinate cohesive functioning of various maintenance sections to ensure a high degree of reliability/availability&rsquo; of equipment and facilities.</li><li>To coordinate &amp; liaise with building focal points and coordinate day to O&amp;M activities</li><li>To provide work directions to the subordinates and contractor staff and ensure that all activities conform to policies &amp; procedures and accepted technical standards.</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical with Minimum 7 years of maintenance and operational experience in the field of Maintenance out of which must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience to maintain advanced MEP systems and Building Management System is mandatory</li><li>Candidates based in Qatar, available on short notice with transferable visa/ NOC</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
