</div><div><ul><li>Develop accurate customer and cross‑functional requirements for EV powertrain and charging applications.</li>
<li>Design and propose connectivity solutions supporting EV charging and power electronics systems.</li>
<li>Support customer engineering evaluations, validation testing, and issue resolution.</li>
<li>Act as the technical interface between customers, internal engineering, manufacturing, and product management teams.</li>
<li>Provide technical training, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.</li>
<li>Be a catalyst and contributor to innovation and technology pipeline road mapping.</li>
<li>Support new product introductions, cost‑reduction programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.</li>

<li>Experience with automotive powertrain, electric vehicle, or charging systems.</li>
<li>Strong customer‑facing communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to travel as required to support customers.</li>
