 TEKsystems is currently seeking a Project Coordinator with strong Procurement, Fiber and Telecom experience for a 100% Remote 1-year + contract with potential to extend/convert permanently.
 
 
 <ul>

 Required experience with Procurement (2+ years), Telecom, Materials Management, Move Orders, NTP's (notice to proceed) and Inventory Management.

 </ul>
 Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain inventory of equipment, materials, and parts needed for production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with procurement, including vetting payback requirements for funding approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with logistics, including shipping, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and documentation of meeting minutes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process requisitions for NTPs, contract services/change orders, and materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Move orders, obtain vendor quotes, and coordinate with legal to validate terms &amp; conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report material tracking status updates.

 Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 Project Assistant/Coordinator that has supported fiber projects, preferably that has worked on federally funded projects. Someone that is a critical thinker, has some analytical skill and is proactive in finding solutions.
 
 
 Pay And Benefits
 
 
 The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
