To support our expanding operations, we are looking for reliable, hardworking Shop Assistants and Helpers to join our team.⸻What We Offer<ul><li>Attractive salary package</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li><li>Long-term career stability</li><li>Training provided</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Friendly and respectful workplace</li></ul>⸻Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers politely and assist with product selection</li><li>Handle sales transactions, billing, and basic cash counter operations</li><li>Arrange, stock, and display food items neatly (flour, grains, pulses, spices, etc.)</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, packing area, and storage areas</li><li>Assist in weighing, packing, sealing, and labeling food products</li><li>Ensure proper handling and storage of food items as per hygiene standards</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged stock to the supervisor</li><li>Assist in receiving goods and checking quantity and quality</li><li>Support loading and unloading of goods when required</li><li>Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards as per UAE regulations</li><li>Assist in daily shop opening and closing procedures</li><li>Cooperate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors</li><li>Report any issues related to stock, equipment, or safety immediately</li></ul>⸻Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, packing, helper, delivery, or retail roles (preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>Malayalam speaking (basic English or Hindi is an advantage)</li><li>Basic reading and writing skills</li><li>Willingness to learn and work as part of a team</li><li>Physically fit to handle shop and warehouse duties</li><li>Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)</li></ul>⸻Preferred Skills<ul><li>Customer-friendly and positive attitude</li><li>Basic knowledge of grocery or food items (added advantage)</li><li>Honest, punctual, and responsible</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline</li></ul>⸻How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit their CV through Indeed.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
