As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team.What We Offer:<ul><li>Attractive basic salary</li><li>Lucrative commission scheme (uncapped earning potential)</li><li>Long-term career growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and sell Al Nabdha Flour Mills&rsquo; foodstuff products to new and existing clients in the UAE market</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business</li><li>Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to expand business reach</li><li>Negotiate deals, contracts, and close sales effectively</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth order deliveries and payment collections</li><li>Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the foodstuff industry (mandatory)</li><li>Strong network of contacts within the UAE foodstuff/grocery market is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred)</li><li>Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam) will be an added advantage</li></ul>Why Join Al Nabdha Flour Mills?
