<p>
To advance Teach For All's 25-year vision, we are seeking an Events Manager to manage the planning and execution of our in-person and hybrid learning experiences, enabling our network to connect, learn, and collectively champion more equitable systems for children worldwide. Working alongside the Global Events team, this role will take ownership of event communications, logistical coordination, website development, and the overall attendee experience.

<ul><li><b>End-to-End Event Delivery:</b> Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality learning events from conception to completion, ensuring seamless logistics, strict timeline management, alignment with network priorities.</li>
<li><b>Budget Management &amp; Cost Efficiency:</b> Track event budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery, strong financial oversight, and adherence to approved spending.</li>
<li><b>Operational Excellence &amp; Risk Management: </b>Maintain rigorous standards of execution, including vendor management, budget tracking, technical production, and proactive contingency planning to eliminate real-time failures.</li>
<li><b>Inclusive Experience Design: </b>Source and manage accessible event technologies and structural frameworks that enable seamless, high-engagement participation for a diverse, global audience.</li>
<li><b>Data-Driven Optimization:</b> Establish robust participant feedback loops and analyze post-event metrics to measurably improve event quality, operational efficiency, and future stakeholder impact.</li>
<li><b>Knowledge &amp; Engagement Continuity:</b> Build the infrastructure needed to document event outputs and maintain post-event momentum, turning temporary gatherings into ongoing network learning and collaboration.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>About the Team</b></h2>
<p>
The Events Manager reports to the Head of Global Events and works alongside four other event managers on the team. This team sits within the Learning Experiences team which is responsible for producing high quality virtual and in-person learning experiences, content and resources. This person may be assigned other responsibilities aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the Learning Experiences team than the ones highlighted below.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience leading complex project management, large-scale logistics, and global event management</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of event-planning technology, web-based services, and deep expertise with enterprise Zoom functionality (e.g., live interpretation, streaming setups)</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional-level of the English language</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment while juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines across multiple parallel projects</li>
<li>A strong, visible commitment to Teach For All's mission, showcasing a mindset of endless possibility and a belief in the power of being locally rooted and globally informed</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel internationally to support on-site execution of major network gatherings</li>

<ul><li>Prior familiarity or direct experience working within the Teach For All network or a similar global federated network structure</li>
<li>Working proficiency or fluency in a second major international language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic)</li>
<li>Advanced certification in Digital Event Strategies or Agile Project Management (e.g., DES, Certified ScrumMaster)</li>
<li>Experience with design and proficiency using design tools (e.g., Canva)</li>
<li>Experience working in a global and/or virtual environment</li>

<p>
To advance Teach For All's 25-year vision, we are seeking a <b>Global Lead, AI for Programmatic Impact, </b>whose primary focus is unlocking the potential of our network partners' use of AI to accelerate their programmatic impact. At its heart, this role is about helping partners use AI to have a bigger impact on the children and communities they serve &mdash; and doing that by connecting partners with each other, providing direct advisory support, capturing and sharing insights across the network, and potentially managing a subgrant fund through which partners could apply for resources to accelerate their AI programs.</p>
<p>
This is a role for someone who enables, connects, inspires, and learns alongside others. It will require deep partnerships across the organisation and network, with programmatic specialists, regional teams, technology colleagues, and the partners themselves. It also requires helping to convene and align the various people across Teach For All's global organization working on AI, ensuring our collective efforts are mutually reinforcing and coherently communicated, and upholding the network standards for responsible AI use, ensuring partners have the resources and support to use AI safely and in alignment with our shared values.</p>
<p>
This role provides consulting and advisory support with no direct authority over Partners, who are independent organisations with their own governance structures, making relationship-building, flexibility, and the ability to bridge technical and programmatic content essential.</p>

The Collective Learning and Consulting (CLC) team is a diverse group of over 25 staff members with an array of expertise, ranging from teacher recruitment and professional development to governance to public/private sector partnerships. In collaboration with others, the CLC team drives aggregate impact across the network by:</p>
<ul>
<li>Distilling and sharing insights</li>
<li>Designing and facilitating meaningful learning opportunities and communities in virtual, in-person, and blended spaces</li>
<li>Providing tailored coaching and consulting to early-stage entrepreneurs and current network partners</li>
<li>Contributing insights on education, leadership, and system change to the broader global ecosystem</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h1>
<p>
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
1) Enable Partners to Use AI for Greater Programmatic Impact</b></h3>
<p>
The core of this role is helping network partners harness AI to deepen and accelerate their impact. This person will keep a close pulse on how partners are innovating, help them innovate more, and ensure they are doing it safely, which includes:</p>
<ul>
<li><b>1:1 advisory and consulting support</b>: Meet regularly with partners to understand their AI ambitions and challenges, provide tailored guidance, and help them develop and strengthen their AI strategies and practices</li>
<li><b>Learning experiences and community spaces</b>: In collaboration with others, create and facilitate virtual and in-person learning communities and convenings for CEOs, heads of technology, and other leaders around topics such as child safety, AI innovation, and AI policy</li>
<li><b>Capturing and sharing insights</b>: Proactively learn from partner innovations across the network and make key insights, case studies, and resources available via the network portal; connect partners pursuing similar questions so they can learn from each other</li>
<li><b>Collaboration with programmatic specialists</b>: Work alongside functional specialists (e.g. in teacher training, alumni, selection) to bring an AI lens to their communities and help catalyze conversations about how AI can strengthen specific programmatic functions</li>
<li><b>Build and buy guidance</b>: In collaboration with IT colleagues, help partners think through what to build vs. buy; stay current on the landscape of AI tools and surface recommendations for technologies that could address consistent partner needs</li>
<li><b>Subgrant fund</b>: Explore the possibility of creating a fund to enable partners' AI innovation, and collaborate with colleagues on the sub-granting team to define the parameters of that fund and to act as the programmatic lead for the fund</li>
<li><b>Network standard for responsible AI use</b>: Ensure partners have the resources, frameworks, and support they need to meet Teach For All's network standard for safe and values-aligned AI use, including on topics such as child safeguarding, data privacy, and AI governance</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>2) Convene and Connect Internal AI Efforts</b></h3>
<p>
AI innovation is happening across Teach For All's global organization. This role will help ensure those efforts are mutually reinforcing rather than siloed:</p>
<ul>
<li>Convene the people across our organization working on AI (e.g., teachers, alumni, cross-border learning, internal team tech innovation, and more) to ensure we are advancing holistically and communicating clearly about our collective progress</li>
<li>Inspire and connect internal teams, helping surface what we are each learning and identifying opportunities for greater coherence and collaboration</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>3) Contribute to Teach For All's Broader Organizational Progress</b></h3>
<ul><li>Actively collaborate across regional and functional teams, lending expertise to key organizational priorities and ensuring global AI progress is integrated into Teach For All's broader knowledge and operations</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h1>

We are looking for a leader who brings both a genuine understanding of AI and its deployment and a deep commitment to and understanding of Teach For All's work and the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:</p>

<li><b>Work Experience:</b> 8 to 10 years of experience in AI, tech, or programmatic roles, ideally globally and in diverse, low bandwidth settings</li>
<li><b>Network Connection:</b> An alum of a Teach For All network partner organization, or someone who has worked for or closely with a network partner, is highly preferred. A deep understanding of our programmatic work and the contexts in which our partners operate is essential</li>
<li><b>AI Expertise:</b> Demonstrated understanding of AI tools, technologies, and their real-world deployment, with the ability to bridge technical and programmatic content for diverse audiences, including those without a technical background</li>
<li><b>Coaching and Consulting Skills:</b> Strong coaching and consulting skills, with a proven ability to support leaders and organizations to grow and improve through strong relationships and expertise</li>
<li><b>Relationship Building:</b> Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders across cultures, spaces, and lines of difference</li>
<li><b>Communication:</b> Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate group calls, lead virtual and in-person convenings, and develop clear and compelling written knowledge products. Ability to communicate in English required, and proficiency in one or more additional languages preferred</li>
<li><b>Strategic Problem-Solving:</b> A genuine love of strategic, messy challenges, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and implement innovative and culturally responsive solutions</li>
<li><b>Commitment to Teach For All's Mission:</b> Deep personal commitment to and nuanced understanding of Teach For All's purpose, theory of change, Unifying Principles, and Core Values, with the ability to foster understanding and investment of these among diverse stakeholders</li>
