Are you passionate about helping students succeed academically and behaviorally? Do you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Teachwell Solutions in Sioux Falls, SD as a Student Success Coach with our Prosper Program.</p><p>
This job follows a traditional school calendar with summers and school holidays off. Start date is August, 2026.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>
Provide one-on-one or small group coaching to students with special needs to improve academic performance and behavior.</li><li>
Implement ABA techniques and interventions to support students in achieving their personal and academic goals.</li><li>
Assist teachers, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts and other educational professionals with implementation of individualized learning plans for students.</li><li>
Monitor student progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to maximize student success.</li><li>
Provide ongoing support and guidance to students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The position follows a traditional school calendar with holiday breaks and summers off. Hours are 7:30-3:30 Monday-Friday. Qualifications:</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or related field.</li><li>
Experience working with students with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p>
