What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>
Lead new-hire safety orientation &amp; company-wide safety training</li><li>
Conduct job site visits to assess safety compliance and coach field employees</li><li>
Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted resource to our teams</li><li>
Support employee relations and strengthen our safety culture</li><li>
Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, drive solutions</li><li>
Maintain compliance programs and documentation</li><li>
Collaborate with leadership to enhance and evolve safety programs</li></ul> 
Who We Are Looking For<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of safety experience; construction industry preferred</li><li>
Knowledgeable in OSHA standards &amp; compliance</li><li>
Strong communicator who can coach, train, and influence, not just enforce</li><li>
Confident, approachable, and able to build trust at all levels</li><li>
Balanced, firm when needed, understanding when appropriate</li><li>
Organized, proactive, and self-driven</li><li>
Comfortable speaking up and partnering across teams, including leadership and employee relations</li><li>
Professional presence, respected and respectful</li></ul><ul><li>
