As a Legal Executive you will be primarily working on preparation of Title Due Diligence Reports and providing Legal Opinion that would empower our clients and help them simplify their property due diligence journey.</div>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your day-to-day will involve:</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><div>Verifying and Drafting Title Due Diligence Reports and providing Legal Opinion for properties in <b>West Bengal</b> region.</div></li>
<li><div>
Effective management of cases allotted and timely reporting of escalations.</div></li>
<li><div>
Coordinating with external counsels and clients.</div></li>
<li><div>
Conducting research on land laws of different states and coordination with vendors for securing documents and reports.</div></li>
<li><div>
Drafting and vetting of contracts and other documents.</div></li>
<li><div>
Handling other related tasks assigned time to time.</div></li>
</ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Eligibility:</b></h2>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>We're looking for someone who:</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><div>Possesses experience in drafting title reports, ideally up to 5 years. Candidates with a basic understanding of the process may also apply.</div></li>
<li><div>
Can work with confidential documents.</div></li>
<li><div>
Has a good understanding of real estate laws. (Having sound knowledge of RERA is an added advantage)</div></li>
<li><div>
Pays attention to detail.</div></li>
<li><div>
Is able to work independently with minimal supervision.</div></li>
<li><div>
Has good communication skills.</div></li>
<li><div>
Is proficient in <b>Bengali </b>language (Ability to read in <b>Bengali </b>is a must)</div></li>
<li><div>
Has prior experience in real estate law and knowledge of basic property documentation is an added advantage.</div></li>

<p><b>About the job</b></p><p>As a Legal Executive you will be primarily working on preparation of Legal Scrutiny Reports and providing legal opinions that would empower our clients and help them simplify their property due diligence journey.</p><p><b>Your day-to-day will involve</b></p><ul><li>Verifying and Performing title due diligence and providing legal opinion for Bengal region.</li><li>Drafting and vetting of contracts and other documents.</li><li>Effective management of cases allotted and timely reporting of escalations.</li><li>Coordinating with external counsels and clients.</li><li>Conducting research on land laws of different states and coordination with vendors for securing documents and reports.</li><li>Handling property registration work.</li><li>Handling other related tasks assigned time to time.</li></ul><p><b>About you</b></p><p><b>We're looking for someone who:</b></p><ul><li>Possesses experience in drafting title reports, ideally 6 months to 5 years. Candidates with a basic understanding of the process may also apply.</li><li>Can work with confidential documents.</li><li>Has basic understanding of real estate laws.
