This role is ideal for someone who can design scroll-stopping creatives and edit high-impact short-form videos, especially Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, for diverse brands and campaigns.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design high-quality static creatives for social media, ads, websites, and brand campaigns</li><li>Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) with strong pacing, hooks, and storytelling</li><li>Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects</li><li>Adapt long-form videos &amp; shorts, engaging social formats</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices</li><li>Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor in an agency or digital-first environment</li><li>Strong reel editing experience with a clear understanding of social media attention spans</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)</li><li>Good understanding of motion graphics, typography, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Ability to create engaging edits using sound design, captions, and transitions</li><li>Strong sense of composition, color, and storytelling</li></ul>Important: Attach updated portfolios Job Status: On-siteJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
