Lead and energise Kolsquare&rsquo;s online presence by <b>building a thriving digital community</b>, creating social-first content, and amplifying our brand through strategic influencer and KOL collaborations.</div><p>
You will make our platforms not only visible but <b>irresistibly engaging</b>, turning followers into advocates, and showcasing what a stellar KOL strategy brings in terms of tangible business results.</p><p>
Reporting to the Head of Content and Communications, you <b>own the global social media strategy</b>, publishing cadence, content creation, and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.</p><p>
 You will collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Content, and Product Marketing to maximise impact, while <b>activating employees and partners as brand advocates</b>.</p><div><b>

Social Media Strategy &amp; Trend Activation</b></div><ul><div><div>
Develop and execute <b>platform-specific social strategies</b>, prioritising reach, engagement, and community growth.</div></div><div><div>
Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and platform features; <b>experiment with new formats and hacks</b> to boost performance.</div></div><div><div>
