Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Set KBB appointments and coordinate with Used Car manager.</li>
<li>Follow the Team Gillman process and procedures for responding to all incoming internet (email), phone, text, and chat leads.</li>
<li>Manage task lists to ensure follow-up process is being executed on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Update KBB ICO data for executive management on google docs on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Actively search opportunities on 3rd party sites (Offer Up, Local Listings, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Autotrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, private sellers listings etc)</li>
<li>Follow up on trades from the dealership</li>
<li>Coordinate vehicle purchases/pickups with seller and Management on outside vehicle purchases</li>
<li>Learning, understanding and adhering to call and email scripts.</li>
<li>Active participation in department meetings and training.</li>
<li>Working together with a team to reach department and store goals.</li>
<li>Meeting with the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.</li>
<li>Must be available on Saturdays.</li>

Qualifications/Requirements
<ul>
<li>Valid Driver License</li>
<li>Self-motivated to exceed expectations and strive for excellence</li>
<li>Customer service experience a plus, will consider training the right candidate.</li>
<li>Highly proficient computer skills and navigating multiple internet sites including Social Media</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</li>
<li>Professional, ethical, and respectful</li>
<li>Ability to respond to all personality types with professionalism.</li>
