 Essential Job Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.

 Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM&rsquo;s Core Values.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manually generate weld procedures using Prowrite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use of Weld Analysis Program EEC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have general knowledge of ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1, API 1104, API Appendix B Inservice and other ASME sections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Welder Testing (WPQ), continuity tracking, ASME R &amp; S Stamps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality Manual writing experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and oversee the process of performing and development of WPSs, PQRs and WPQs as well as create and maintain supporting documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish welding procedures to guide production and welding personnel. Direct/coordinate personnel in performing inspections to ensure compliance with established welding procedures, standards, and in testing welds for compliance with requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform welding related audits at all locations as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Job Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in Welding Engineering/Welding Engineering Technology or Degree in Engineering with welding emphasis or equivalent through work experience Preferred but not required.
 </li>
 <li>
 5 to 10 years related work experience preferred, but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 AWS CWI certification preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with evaluating structure-property-process relationships of metal alloys or ceramics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with GTAW, GMAW , FCAW , SAW and SMAW
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work under time constraints, good interpersonal skills and a high degree of initiative is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read technical documents and engineering specifications is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work variable shifts and overtime
 </li>
 <li>
 Weekend, holiday and/or on-call as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel Requirements: 0%-25%
 </li>
