</b></p><ul><li> Manage, mentor, and coach employees in Quality department.
</li></ul><ul><li> Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
</li></ul><ul><li> Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</li></ul>

Purpose:</b> Develops, implements, and coordinates product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products.</p><br>

<p><b>
Essential Duties/Responsibilities</b>:
</p><ul><li> Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Cooperatively works with supplier quality assurance issues acting as liaison with purchasing. Visits and</li></ul>
<p>
confers with supplier representatives to obtain information related to product and quality systems.</p>
<ul><li> Analyzes, evaluates, and presents information concerning factors such as business situations, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, economic trends, and design and development of new products for consideration by other members of management team.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Suggests and debates alternative methods and procedures in solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Cooperates with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develops initial and subsequent modifications of product assurance program to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements, and operational procedures within program.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Responsible for inspection equipment to ensure that it appropriate for customer and production needs.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Initiates corrective action process in order to address customer complaints in a timely manner.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Quality Manager works directly with co-managers to address concerns and requests.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Stays current in education and training techniques in Quality Assurance and keeps abreast of technology in the workplace.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Demonstrate leadership commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and coach subordinates on their impact on TEAM QMS objectives.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
</li></ul><p><b>Minimum Requirements:
</b></p> <p><b>Education &amp; Experience</b>:</p>
<ul><li> Bachelors&rsquo; degree preferred
</li></ul><ul><li> Minimum 5 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, preferred.</li></ul><br>
