As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Survey Programmer to contribute to our mission as we expand our team.

How You'll Make an Impact:
<ul><li>Work closely with Client Services to enhance delivery of survey programs and successful projects.</li><li>Ensure clients are delighted with the programming process and their experience with Konovo by delivering a well-written, accurate programs.</li><li>Help to solidify internal and external relationships through proactive and effective communication and efficiency.</li></ul>

What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>A proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Three+ years of experience in Market Research Survey Programming, preferably within Healthcare Market Research.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Decipher and/or ConfirmIt programming.</li>
<li>Knowledge of HTML coding and image editing software a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity working with large databases.</li>
<li>Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in English.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Strong ability to multi-task.</li>
<li>Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>

Survey Programmer

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Bengaluru based Lead Survey Programmer to contribute to our mission by driving the technical excellence and automation of Survey Programming to enable faster, scalable processes with best-in-class quality delivery.

As Team lead based out of our Whitefield office, you will be responsible for the survey programming project operations process at Konovo. You will be the technical expert accelerating our transformation towards automation through your mentorship and support of team members. If you are excited to lead the technical direction for survey programming&mdash;design the programming planning, oversee builds on complex/high-risk projects, and ensure consistency across the team- this role is for you!

How You'll Make an Impact:

<li>Lead and mentor a team of survey programmers- ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality project delivery.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Elevate quality and efficiency&mdash;establish and review coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement QA best practices to maintain near-zero error rates</li>
</ul><ul><li>Drive process innovation&mdash;identify automation needs, build reusable templates and scripts, and streamline delivery processes to reduce turnaround and repetitive effort</li>
</ul><ul><li>Mentor and develop your team&mdash;provide hands-on guidance, training sessions, and feedback to junior programmers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ownership</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate strategically&mdash;translate research designs into executable plans, align programming logic with stakeholder goals, and manage client-facing technical conversations in collaboration with project managers, researchers, and QA teams</li>
</ul><ul><li>Anticipate and resolve complexities&mdash;serve as the escalation point for challenges in logic, feasibility, and delivery; propose proactive recovery or design strategies</li>
</ul><ul><li>Elevate cross-team cohesion&mdash;help synchronize timelines and deliverables among research, QA, and PM groups by providing clarity, setbacks, and recommendations</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>9+ years of experience in Survey Programming, preferably on platforms like Decipher and Confirmit.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Java Script, jQuery, HTML, CSS and Python.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Excellent analytical, problem&#8209;solving, and attention&#8209;to&#8209;detail skills.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proven track record delivering high&#8209;quality error&#8209;free work under deadlines</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong leadership and global team management skills</li>
</ul><ul><li>Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.</li>
</ul><ul><li>High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul><ul><li>A technical graduate/master's degree holder in the field of Computer Science or equivalent</li>
