 Job Role:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a proactive and analytical Executive &ndash; Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting solution design to enable data-driven decision-making and efficient business operations. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of business analysis concepts and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Requirement Gathering:
 
 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Documentation:
 
 Prepare and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process flow diagrams.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Business Logic &amp; Process Analysis:
 
 Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications, ensuring logical consistency and alignment with project goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Stakeholder Management:
 
 Support communication between business users, development teams, and project managers to ensure smooth requirement handovers and updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Data-Driven Insights:
 
 Assist in analyzing business data and KPIs to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Testing &amp; Validation:
 
 Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help validate the developed solutions against business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Communication:
 
 Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Process Improvement:
 
 Suggest enhancements to existing systems or workflows for improved efficiency and productivity.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Skills &amp; Competencies:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of business processes, business logic, and requirement analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience (academic/project-based) in BRD, FRS, and use case documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command over MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Visio, or similar documentation tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to tools such as JIRA
 </li>

 Educational Qualification

 BE or relevant Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
