Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Conduct QA/QC inspections of network cabling projects to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.</li><li>
Perform job site inspections, report findings, and verify project scopes, including materials, equipment, and labor.</li><li>
Supervise and guide cabling crews, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship.</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers to address deviations and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>
Conduct pre- and post-installation quality checks to validate cable connections, terminations, and overall system functionality, identifying and resolving defects or deficiencies.</li><li>
Develop and implement quality control procedures, guidelines, and checklists. Maintain detailed documentation of inspections and project progress.</li><li>
Train and mentor junior QC personnel to enhance skills and knowledge.</li><li>
Communicate with clients and stakeholders on quality concerns and project updates.</li><li>
Participate in project meetings and stay current with industry best practices, standards, and emerging technologies.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Minimum Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in network cabling, including fiber and copper installations.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and quality assurance processes.</li><li>
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in cable testing tools; project management software is a plus.</li><li>
Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to lift/carry/setup a 50 pound box or ladder.</li><li>
Must own low voltage tools (snips, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches)</li><li>
Able to work 2nd/3rd shift, overtime, and under pressure.</li><li>
Must pass a<b> </b>7-year background check, drug screen, and physical.</li><li>
Requires valid driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation, and insurance</li><li>

Install and connect devices in server racks</b>using copper, power, and fiber (LC-LC, AOC-MTP, AOC-AOC) while following structured cabling best practices.</li><li><b>
Transport, unload, and position server racks</b>throughout the hyperscale data center according to specific procedures.</li><li><b>
Perform Smart Hands work</b>, including fiber and copper patching, troubleshooting, testing, and routing cables while climbing ladders as needed.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li><b>
Install,terminate, and test structured cabling systems</b>for<b>CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, fiber optic, and coaxial cables</b>, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with industry standards.</li><li><b>
Perform cable pulling, suspension, fireproofing, termination, and testing</b>in accordance with<b>BICSI standards, NEC, and local regulations</b>to ensure safety and compliance.</li><li><b>
Deliver exceptional customer service</b>,maintainingprofessionalism andstrong communicationskills to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.</li><li><b>
Ensure high-quality, organized, and professional workmanship</b>on all installations to meet project specifications and exceed customer expectations.</li><li>
