We are looking for someone who:&middot; Wants to work in a fast-paced office environment&middot; Is organized&middot; Is able to multitask&middot; Able to meet deadlines&middot; Have a positive attitude&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.)&middot; Have great communication skills (verbal and in writing)&middot; Are dependable team players&middot; Take initiative and are decisivePrevious experience in the RV or Transporting industry are not required.Job Description:<ul><li>Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate staff, assist drivers when able.</li><li>Assign shuttle drivers to pick up ready RVs at manufacturers.</li><li>Keep track of RVs that have been picked up and by whom.</li><li>Create Shuttle Driver schedules.</li><li>Update computer systems with RV information.</li><li>Email manufactures when we are picking up RVs and when there is damage to a RV, as necessary.</li><li>Update RV packs.</li><li>All other duties as assigned by management</li></ul>Benefits:Compensation ranging from $20 to $22 per hour depending experienceMonday thru Friday8:30 am - 5:00 pm (working later on last day of month)4% match in 401K after one yearNights and Weekends offPaid Vacation after one yearPaid HolidaysFull onsite training of position**WE DO NOT OFFER MEDICAL BENEFITS**Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
