This role will be responsible for designing functional, visually appealing spaces for our retail locations, ensuring brand consistency while optimizing customer flow and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop interior design concepts aligned with brand identity and store functionality</li><li>Create detailed layouts, renderings, and CAD drawings</li><li>Plan and optimize space utilization for retail environments</li><li>Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures</li><li>Collaborate with contractors, architects, and vendors throughout project execution</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables</li><li>Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and compliance</li><li>Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design or Textile Engineering</li><li>Minimum 1 year of professional interior design experience</li><li>Proficiency in CAD software and design tools</li><li>Strong understanding of space planning and material selection</li><li>Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with cross-functional teams</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Benefits package available</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding franchise organization</li></ul>Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
