 About the Job (Key Responsibilities):

 Setting up business units P&amp;L, budget, and financial forecasts referring to Consumer Finance product activities in compliance with shareholders&rsquo; profit share structure
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform strategic studies and statistical analyses for Retail &amp; Private Banking products structure sharing with Turkish and French shareholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing pricing strategies and managing AI/ML models to optimize income and risk for Cash&amp; Auto Loans according to market rates patterns
 </li>
 <li>
 Data Management of the department, increasing the speed and depth of access to data and creating insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise budget planning and ensure overall project coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with critical financial risk management departments such as Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), and Finance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Min. 2 year work experience in credit analytics, risk analysis, or financial planning preferred
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English, both written and spoken
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field

 2+ years of work experience in similar areas (Manager: 5+ years / Assistant Manager: 2+ years)
 </li>

 Advanced written and verbal English proficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of Excel knowledge (Macros, etc.)
 </li>

 Job Description:

 Preparation of monthly reports for the Training Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of the training budget report
 </li>
 <li>
 Meeting ad-hoc and/or regular reporting requests from the Training Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing reporting for audit functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning assignments and target audiences for catalog and business line trainings when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing the process with the training owner bank group for local and BNPP mandatory trainings (BNPP meetings, business line meetings, content translations, segmentation / target audience definition, assignment and follow-up)
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting analyses for the Training Department and sharing outputs with relevant action owners
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining and developing training dashboard activities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This role follows a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day working from home)
