 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Preparation of monthly reports for the Training Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of the training budget report
 </li>
 <li>
 Meeting ad-hoc and/or regular reporting requests from the Training Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing reporting for audit functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning assignments and target audiences for catalog and business line trainings when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing the process with the training owner bank group for local and BNPP mandatory trainings (BNPP meetings, business line meetings, content translations, segmentation / target audience definition, assignment and follow-up)
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting analyses for the Training Department and sharing outputs with relevant action owners
 </li>

 Maintaining and developing training dashboard activities

Training Reporting Manager / Assistant Manager

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct in depth financial and business analyses for Large Commercial segment clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare &ldquo;Executive Summary&rdquo; reports in English based on credit proposals prepared by Business Line
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend Head Office level and Credit Committee level meetings and present the Executive Summary along with Credit Allocation opinion
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end credit allocation processes from initial assessment to final decision and post-approval monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Line of Business, Branches, Regional Allocation &amp; Sales Departments, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure smooth loan execution and portfolio management
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and propose appropriate risk mitigation measures
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to process improvements, digital development projects and internal reporting enhancements
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate actively in internal trainings sharing knowledge and supporting junior credit analysts
 </li>

 Conduct regular client and facility visits

 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years (for Manager) or 2 years (for Assistant Manager) of experience in corporate or commercial credit allocation / underwriting /monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and financial analysis skills; ability to interpret financial statements and evaluate risks &amp; mitigants
 </li>
 <li>
 Presentation and communication skills as the position holder is expected to present credit files to senior management, Credit Committee members
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to display both macro and micro based approaches in proactive style
 </li>
 <li>
 Capability in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong collaboration skills and teamwork mindset across departments
 </li>
 <li>
 High proficiency in MS Office programs and relevant financial analysis tools

 Responsibilities expected for this role:

 End-to-end monitoring of the planning, organization, and implementation processes of training programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing trainers, planning training rooms and dates, coordinating transportation to the training center, ensuring uninterrupted supply of necessary stationery, checking the system hardware in the training room, creating system records, managing participants, and ensuring evaluation forms are completed in full
 </li>
 <li>
 Sending training invitations and announcements to participants on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing trainers with complete information about the logistical needs of the training they will deliver and transportation to the training center, accommodation, meals, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the completion of &ldquo;Participant Evaluation Forms&rdquo; by participants, analyzing and reporting on the forms, and entering them into the system
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring training attendance, recording attendance status in the system, following up on excuses and issuing warnings when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking individuals who do not attend training without excuse, preparing cost reports, and following up on related form processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up on the survey processes of training programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing exams that can be conducted within the scope of training
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the budget for training programs, managing the entire contract and invoicing process
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring coordination with trainers, suppliers, and business units to maintain high quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring all necessary documents (non-bank forms, residency documents, etc.) are obtained for all invoice payments to be made during the training process
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluating expense reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking contract processes, purchasing, spending, and accounting processes from start to finish
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that contracts with trainers and training companies are correct and complete
 </li>
 <li>
 Establishing effective written and/or verbal communication in the flow of information within and outside the department and in coordination with training centers
 </li>
 <li>
 Periodic reporting on matters within the scope of responsibility

 Reporting annual expenses within the scope of training participation of other group companies
