About the Role</b></h1>
<p>
Tebra has defined a new category of software and established itself as a leader in practice growth solutions. As an <b>Inside Sales Representative</b>, you will play a key role in driving new business by engaging with physicians and providers in the private practice space through a high-volume, consultative sales approach.</p>
<p>
In this role, you will manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and close new business&mdash;all within a fully remote sales environment. As we continue to scale, you will be a direct contributor to our continued growth.</p>
<p>
You will actively engage with both provided and self-generated leads, leveraging phone, email, and virtual meetings to connect with prospective customers and convert them into long-term clients.</p>
<p>
Joining our inside sales organization will give you the opportunity to apply your skill set in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue growth. You will work alongside a team of driven sales professionals who foster a supportive, competitive, and high-performing culture. You will also receive in-depth industry training and cross-functional support from multiple teams across the organization.</p>

Your Area of Focus</b></h1>
<ul><li>Become a subject matter expert on practice growth software solutions.</li>
<li>Partner with independent practices to deliver in assigned quota.</li>
<li>Receive and follow up on leads from Sales Marketing Development.</li>
<li>Develop a target list of prospects.</li>
<li>Foster pipeline through soliciting referrals from current customers and leads.</li>
<li>Actively seek out and participate in personal and professional growth opportunities to continue sharpening industry and product knowledge along with sales methodologies.</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with implementation, customer success, website design, and customer quality assurance.</li>
<li>Participate in key projects and initiatives with added incentives.</li>
<li>Log activity and manage a growing pipeline through Salesforce.</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your Professional Qualifications</b></h1>
<ul><li>2-4 years in a high volume, in-person net new sales role, ideally in the small-medium business space.</li>
<li>Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce.</li>
<li>Experience hunting and closing new business.</li>
<li>A proven sales process and track record of exceeding quota.</li>
<li>Openness and willingness to be coached and mentored.</li>
<li>A desire to be creative with your sales process and outreach.</li>
<li>An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li>

About The Role</b></h1>
<p>
Tebra is looking for a Content Operations Specialist to own the systems, workflows, and quality control that keep our content engine running. This role is responsible for publishing content to our website, ensuring accuracy and consistency, implementing light SEO requirements, and tracking content from assignment through launch and updates. You'll be the final gatekeeper between &quot;approved draft&quot; and &quot;published asset,&quot; enforcing standards, workflows, and readiness criteria.</p>
<p>
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll work closely with writers, editors, content managers, SEO, and web teams to make sure content is published correctly, on time, and without rework.</p>
<p>
If you love clean processes, strong QA, and optimizing workflows, this role is for you.</p>
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Your Area of Focus</b></h1>
<ul><li>Upload, format, and publish content in the CMS.</li>
<li>Apply templates, page modules, CTAs, images, embeds, and structured components.</li>
<li>Ensure every asset is properly tagged, categorized, and published on time in CMS.</li>
<li>Execute pre- and post-publish QA checklists, and review content for: formatting and layout issues; broken links and missing assets; incorrect CTAs or metadata; brand compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure structured formatting inputs are present before publish, including: Structured headers and sections; FAQs/PAA style blocks; Citations and source attribution, when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure content follows LLM extractable formatting patterns.</li>
<li>Confirm AI-related fields and modules are populated correctly in CMS.</li>
<li>Implement SEO inputs provided by the team, including: title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal links, image alt text.</li>
<li>Build, format, QA, and schedule newsletters. Maintain a reliable weekly send cadence.</li>
<li>Track assignments to freelance writers/editors, track deliverables and deadlines, and maintain production schedules in Asana (or similar tool).</li>
<li>Maintain a clear source of truth for content published and continuously improve editorial documentation.</li>
<li>Flag workflow issues and propose workflow improvements when timelines or dependencies slip.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Creative and Web teams for design and CTA placements.</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your Professional Qualifications</b></h1>
<ul><li>1-3 years of professional experience in content operations, development, and execution in a B2B or SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in communications, creative writing, journalism, marketing, or a related field of study.</li>
<li>Strong project management and editorial coordination skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and proven to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Genuine interest in healthcare and the challenges that face independent practices.</li>
<li>Experience in workflow and CMS tools (Asana, Wordpress, or similar).</li>
<li>Familiarity with SEO best practices.</li>
<li>Bonus! Understanding of the healthcare industry and challenges of independent practices and medical billers.</li>
