1. Job PurposeThe Registered Nurse is responsible for collecting patient information and delivering high-quality patient care to all patients visiting the clinic. The role involves coordinating day-to-day patient care activities in an efficient, safe, and professional manner while supporting doctors and clinic operations.2. Duties and Responsibilities2.1 Clinical &amp; Operational Responsibilities<ul><li>Collect and assess patient information using observation, communication, and physical assessment skills.</li><li>Ensure all patients&rsquo; needs are met and that they receive appropriate care and attention.</li><li>Work closely with medical staff to ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in the use of clinical equipment.</li><li>Perform IV cannulation and phlebotomy competently (mandatory requirement).</li><li>Assist doctors with administering IV therapies and treatments.</li><li>Order medications, manage medication rotation, and maintain accurate inventory records.</li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation of patient records in line with clinic standards.</li><li>Ensure all consents, medical records, and clinical notes are properly organized, compiled, and securely stored.</li><li>Anticipate, recognize, and manage emergencies and unsafe practices, initiating timely and appropriate interventions.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement and assist in enhancing standards of patient care.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times.</li><li>Conduct regular stock checks and ensure adequate supplies are maintained.</li><li>Promote a safe environment that supports patient safety, independence, and quality of life.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and perform all duties professionally.</li><li>Assist in implementing clinic policies, procedures, and operational systems.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of cost-effective administrative and operational procedures.</li><li>Assist with administrative duties when nursing workload permits.</li><li>Prepare and issue reports when required.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by management.</li></ul>2.2 Customer Service Responsibilities<ul><li>Adhere to the clinic&rsquo;s mission of enhancing patient well-being.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service by understanding patient needs and meeting quality standards.</li><li>Ensure correct and complete information is provided to the cashier for accurate billing.</li><li>Adhere to clinic telephone and communication standards at all times.</li></ul>2.3 Personal Responsibilities<ul><li>Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and responsibility at all times.</li><li>Comply with the Nursing Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.</li><li>Continuously update skills and knowledge in line with evidence-based practice.</li><li>Maintain a staff development folder documenting training, education, and professional growth.</li><li>Maintain valid nursing registration and licensure with relevant authorities.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest clinical practices and standards.</li></ul>3. Job Requirements3.1 Skills and Knowledge<ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Professional appearance, good manners, and well-spoken, suitable for a high-end client environment.</li><li>Knowledge of clinic policies, procedures, and systems.</li><li>Understanding of healthcare administrative practices.</li><li>Knowledge of computer systems and applications.</li><li>Familiarity with government regulations and healthcare requirements.</li><li>Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and independent judgment skills.</li><li>Ability to prepare reports and formal correspondence.</li><li>Certified skills in phlebotomy and IV administration.</li><li>Valid BLS certification and training in infection control, health and safety, and resuscitation (including anaphylaxis management).</li><li>Working knowledge of vitamin and mineral infusion administration.</li><li>Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to manage emails and appointment bookings.</li><li>High level of discretion and confidentiality.</li></ul>3.2 Personal Traits<ul><li>Positive, self-motivated, and proactive.</li><li>Service-oriented and patient-focused.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Clear and confident communication skills.</li><li>Strong personal hygiene and professional appearance.</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Flexible with working locations, as required during the day.</li></ul>3.3 Educational Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.</li><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent (mandatory).</li></ul>3.4 Licensure / Certification Requirements<ul><li>Valid Registered Nurse license from a recognized professional body.</li><li>Licensure must be maintained as per regulatory requirements.</li></ul>4.
