Overview:

As a Warehouse Associate, your goal is to ensure the right parts to the right customers, on time. This is a physical &amp; extremely fast-paced job &ndash; you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments and organizing and pulling heavy parts.</div><div></div><div><br>
This is a great entry-level opportunity for an individual desiring to enter the industry, work in a team-oriented environment, and grow in this role as our business continues to grow.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Load and unload parts deliveries</li><li>
Accurately count, weigh, or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments</li><li>
Accurately receive, count, record, and stock inventory in warehouse</li><li>
Verify parts counts against invoices, orders, and other records</li><li>
Maintain receiving, delivery and shipping records and returned parts records</li><li>
Ensure parts are clean and presentable; maintain clean and organized warehouse</li><li>
Perform pickup and delivery driving as needed</li><li>
Perform all work safely and efficiently</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor</li><li>
Experience in fast-paced warehouse setting; preferably experience in parts warehouse</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li><li>
Ability to perform all requirements of job in safe and alert manner.</li><li>
Ability to become forklift certified and to operate forklift</li><li>
Ability to maintain predictable, reliable attendance.</li><li>
Ability to meet physical demands of the job (job requires frequent lifting/moving up to 50lbs, climbing, stooping, kneeling, seeing, grasping, hearing, etc.)</li></ul>
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $19.54 to $24.01. Benefits:

Overview:
<div>
This position is primarily responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks. We offer in-house advanced-training opportunities - we are one of only three dealer groups in North America that is certified to conduct all Mack/Volvo training up to the master tech certification within our in-house Training Centers. We cover travel costs for our technicians to attend training. We also offer a family-oriented work environment.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to troubleshoot issues and repair vehicle to proper operating condition</li><li>
Perform routine and preventative maintenance services. Identify worn and damaged parts all parts to include major components, repairing, adjusting, or replacing as needed</li><li>
Troubleshooting with diagnostic software &ndash; charging systems, brakes, suspensions, A/C system</li><li>
Maintain vehicle records by annotating services and repairs</li><li>
Ability to be on task to meet shop quality and efficiency standards</li><li>
Maintain safe and organized work area</li><li>
Follow all state and federal vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards; follow company policies, procedures, and safety and EPA regulations</li><li>
Must use all safety equipment necessary for the job</li><li>
Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical and regulation publications</li><li>
Verify vehicle performance by conducting test drives and adjusting controls and systems</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum 3-6 years of practical experience in commercial 6 &amp; 8 truck classes</li><li>
Able to perform preventative maintenance services such as oil &amp; transmission changes, replacement of light body components and lights &amp; sensors, etc.</li><li>
Proficient in the repair and diagnosis of: diesel engines; interior &amp; exterior cab components, hydraulic systems, steering systems, and brakes</li><li>
Proficient in use of all tools of trade</li><li>
Basic computer skills to input vehicle maintenance records and utilize diagnostic software</li><li>
Be able to provide a detailed written analysis and computer input of the three C&rsquo;s (complaint, cause, correction) as well as details on any repairs</li><li>
Ability to meet physical demands of the job (job requires frequent lifting/moving up to 50lbs, climbing, stooping, kneeling, seeing, grasping, hearing, etc.)</li><li>
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
</li><li>Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendance and work in a safe and alert manner</li><li>
Valid driver's license and able to meet insurance requirements. CDL license preferred but not required</li></ul>
