Just real outcomes.What You&rsquo;ll DoSEO Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform keyword research with user-intent clarity (not random keyword dumping)</li><li>Optimize landing pages, blogs, and collection/product pages (Shopify/WordPress experience preferred)</li><li>Use GA4 + GSC + Looker Studio to understand what&rsquo;s working and what&rsquo;s not</li><li>Technical SEO checks (crawl, indexation, CWV basics, schema, internal linking, etc.)</li><li>Use AI-SEO tools smartly (not blindly)</li><li>Analyse traffic drops, fluctuations, and opportunities</li></ul>CRO Responsibilities<ul><li>Study user behavior from Clarity/Hotjar recordings</li><li>Build hypotheses and simple A/B test ideas</li><li>Identify friction points in purchase funnels</li><li>Suggest UI/UX improvements across mobile and desktop.</li><li>Improve add-to-cart &rarr; checkout &rarr; purchase journeys</li><li>Analyze drop-offs and recommend optimizations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
