<br><div><p>We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with Video Editing experience who can turn ideas into compelling visuals and narratives. This role blends design, motion graphics, and video editing. You&rsquo;ll report directly to the Marketing Manager to create designs and videos that not only look stunning but also tell a story and deliver results.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Design social media creatives across formats (static, carousel, story, reel covers, banners).</li>
<li>Maintain the brand style guides and visual consistency across all assets.</li>
<li>Create infographics and data visuals to simplify complex ideas.</li>
<li>Design marketing collateral: brochures, powerpoint presentations, business cards,email headers &amp;amp; template graphics pitch decks, landing page graphics, mockups.</li>
<li>Edit short-form content (reels, ads, b-rolls) and long-form content (YouTube videos, webinars,<br>
podcasts).</li>
<li>Manage podcast editing, audio cleanup, video framing, branding overlays.</li>
<li>Perform motion graphics animation for logos, intros, explainers, and product videos.</li>
<li>Handle color grading and sound syncing for professional video output.</li>
<li>Repurpose long-form content into shorter, platform-friendly snippets.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to visualize campaign ideas.</li>
<li>Research and track design/video trends to keep content modern and innovative.</li>
<li>Build templates and reusable design systems for the team.</li>
<li>Support website and app UI teams with graphic assets when needed.</li>
<li>Manage asset libraries and keep creative files organized.</li>
<li>Ensure all creative output is optimized for different platforms (social, email, print, web).</li>
<li>Collaborate with photographers/videographers for raw shoot planning and editing requirements.</li></ul><br>

Tools You Should Master</b></h3>
<ul><li>Design: Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.</li>
<li>Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut.</li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h3>
<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.</li>
<li>Strong eye for design, typography, colors, and composition.</li>
<li>Ability to think creatively and push beyond templates. But more importantly, you&rsquo;ve got a portfolio that proves you can push creative boundaries.</li>
<li>Proactive, tech-driven, and curious about future trends in design and media.</li>
<li>Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to take feedback positively.</li>
<li>Attention to detail, with a habit of double-checking work before delivery.</li>
<li>Punctual and deadline oriented.</li></ul></div>
