 Lead the creation of high-impact 2D Animation, Motion and visual design assets across platforms including social media, web, newsletters, digital ads (Google, Meta, etc.), print materials, and presentation decks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize advanced tools including Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL&middot;E, Sora, Chatgpt) to enhance ideation, design speed, and content quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and refine creative prompts for AI image generation and visual storytelling, ensuring output aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct deep research into brand positioning, user behavior, design trends, and competitor strategies to craft bold, strategic visual concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and guide visual consistency across campaigns&mdash;maintaining alignment with brand identity, voice, and tone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, strategy, and product teams to translate business objectives into striking visual narratives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply strong visual manipulation skills (e.g., composite imagery, matte painting, surreal design, hyperreal visuals) to push boundaries in creative execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate data-driven insights to optimize creatives for engagement, retention, and conversion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and mentor junior designers, providing art direction, feedback, and support in growing their skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects with efficiency, quality, and innovation at the forefront.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with clients for brief, ideation and feedback.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 4+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, or art direction with a strong digital portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Indesign) and Figma.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical experience with AI tools and platforms for image generation, video editing, or prompt-based creative workflows (e.g., Midjourney, DALL&middot;E, Sora, Chatgpt, Adobe Firefly).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong grasp of prompt engineering to generate high-quality visual outputs using AI tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced photo manipulation and digital compositing skills; confident in creating polished, layered visuals from scratch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong storytelling ability and visual intuition to lead brand narratives and campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
 </li>

 Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with experience in managing deadlines and delegating tasks.
