<ul><li>Assist in preparing, reviewing, and implementing project plans and drawings in compliance with UAE standards and regulations.</li><li>Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth project execution.</li><li>Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.</li><li>Monitor and manage material requirements and ensure efficient utilization of resources.</li><li>Assist in cost estimation and procurement activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.</li><li>UAE experience and knowledge of local authorities&rsquo; approval process (ADM, ADDC, etc.).</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you able to join immediate?</li></ul>
