About the ProgramWe are building a real-world SaaS product and inviting motivated Project Coordinator Interns to join our remote team for a 3-month internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on project management experience while working directly with a senior software architect with 15+ years of industry experience.As a Coordinator Intern, you will act as the bridge between the technical team and leadership, helping to keep our project organized, efficient, and on track.Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and update the project board (Trello/Jira/ClickUp).</li><li>Organize and lead daily check-ins/standups with interns.</li><li>Track progress, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Collect blockers from interns and escalate important issues to the lead architect.</li><li>Prepare weekly progress reports and summaries.</li><li>Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across the team.</li></ul>Internship Details<ul><li>Duration: 3 months</li><li>Time Commitment: ~20 hours per week (flexible schedule, but consistent weekly hours required)</li><li>Mode: 100% Remote</li><li>Tools Used: Jira/Trello/ClickUp, Slack/Discord, Google Workspace, GitHub/GitLab (for coordination).</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: MBA in Project Management / BBA / or BS in Software Engineering / Computer Science with strong interest in project coordination.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.</li><li>Ability to motivate a team and keep tasks moving forward.</li><li>Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li><li>Equipment: Personal PC/Laptop + reliable high-speed internet.</li><li>Availability: Consistent 20 hours/week for the full 3 months.</li></ul>Internship Perks<ul><li>Direct mentorship from a senior software architect.</li><li>Real-world project coordination experience in a SaaS product environment.</li><li>Exposure to Agile project management practices.</li><li>Internship completion certificate + potential recommendation letter.</li></ul>This is the ideal role for MBA / Project Management students who want to build a career in Agile project coordination and tech project management.Job Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 25 per weekEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
