Job Title: React Native Developer Experience: 3&ndash;5 Years Location: Sector 5, Kolkata - Webel More Job Type: Full-Time | On-SiteJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and passionate React Native Developer with 3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native architecture, and mobile app development best practices. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver smooth, performant, and scalable mobile applications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and develop mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.</li><li>Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.</li><li>Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.</li><li>Work closely with designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs.</li><li>Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth functionality and responsiveness.</li><li>Debug and fix issues across different devices and operating systems.</li><li>Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented code.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile development.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in React Native development.</li><li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.</li><li>Solid understanding of React hooks, context API, and state management (Redux/MobX/Recoil).</li><li>Experience with native modules, push notifications, and app store deployment (Play Store &amp; App Store).</li><li>Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.</li><li>Good understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and debugging tools.</li><li>Experience using Git and version control workflows.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Knowledge of Native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.</li><li>Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or AWS services.</li><li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.</li><li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>TypeScript: 3 years (Required)</li><li>React Hooks: 3 years (Required)</li><li>React Native: 3 years (Required)</li><li>JavaScript: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
