   Use automated tools or scripts to validate email addresses.
  </li>

   Archive outdated email data in compliance with retention policies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform regular audits of email lists to ensure accuracy.
  </li>

   Report inconsistencies and errors to supervisors.
