About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior CSR / Trucking sales with a strong background in trucking BPO operations and a proven track record in freight dispatch and sales. The Presales Consultant also assists the Sales Team with qualifying opportunities - in or out and helping expand existing opportunities through solid questioning. The Presales Consultant will be responsible on conducting Technical Proof of Concept, Demonstration &amp; Presentation on the supported products &amp; solution. 
 
Responsibilities:

Assist Account/Product Managers with qualification of opportunities by providing presales technical support.</li><li>
Provides pre-sales technical support and deliver deep dive product demonstrations to customers and business partners.</li><li>
Delivers training to partners on products solution.</li><li>
Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses</li><li>
Customer demonstrations and presentations</li><li>
Coordinating and managing technical validation events (POC)</li><li>
Coordinating and managing POC assets</li><li>
Participating in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested</li><li>
Recommend and influence market content.</li><li>
