We have an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career as an International Technical Recruiter (Internee) Tech Domain leading to full-time job.Job Type: InternshipContract length: 3 months (leading to job)Location: Johar Town Near, Emporium Lahore.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify top talent.</li><li>Assist in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).</li><li>Learn to conduct interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability.</li><li>Support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.</li><li>Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Students, recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong interest in the tech industry and eagerness to learn about technical roles (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>In-house training and development.</li><li>Freshly made in house lunch meal.</li><li>Paid leaves.</li><li>Recreational activities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, InternshipWork Location: In person
