You&rsquo;ll work with businesses across diverse industries to deliver impactful, conversion‑focused websites.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development<ul><li>Build and redesign WordPress websites for a variety of clients.</li><li>Develop custom themes, templates, and layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.</li><li>Implement responsive, mobile‑first designs.</li><li>Configure and optimize plugins, integrations, and site functionality.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, content, and design preferences.</li></ul>SEO &amp; Performance Optimization<ul><li>Execute on‑page SEO: keyword optimization, metadata, schema, internal linking, and image optimization.</li><li>Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, caching, and overall performance.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and implement local SEO strategies.</li><li>Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Tag Manager.</li></ul>Security &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Manage hosting environments, DNS updates, SSL certificates, and domain migrations.</li><li>Apply security patches, perform malware scans, and ensure regular maintenance.</li><li>Troubleshoot uptime, performance, and hosting issues.</li></ul>Content &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Update website content, landing pages, blogs, and graphics.</li><li>Create conversion‑focused pages for marketing campaigns.</li><li>Provide UX, SEO, and conversion improvement recommendations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive design.</li><li>Experience in an agency or service‑based environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ranking strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with hosting platforms like cPanel or Plesk.</li><li>Knowledge of DNS, SSL, backups, and website security.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in an MSP or digital agency setting.</li><li>Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization.</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma.</li><li>Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.</li><li>Experience with Git or staging workflows.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation.</li><li>Growth opportunities in a fast‑paced MSP environment.</li><li>Supportive team culture and consistent client projects.</li><li>Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding.</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekWork Location: In person
