Utility Cleaners will be responsible for the cleanliness of communal spaces, restrooms, workspaces, and outside areas as assigned and performs a variety of duties that involve sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting and polishing of surfaces and floors; removing trash; re-stocking supplies; and cleaning restrooms.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Mop tile and concrete floor areas and vacuum carpeted areas</li><li>
Sweep, dust, scrub, wax, buff, and strip floors as necessary</li><li>
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including but not limited to urinals, toilets, toilet seats, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, hand dryers, floors, walls, showers and locker rooms</li><li>
Clean and disinfect breakroom and kitchen tables, sinks, counters, and refrigerator</li><li>
Empty waste baskets and interior and perimeter garbage cans and place garbage in outside storage bins</li><li>
Dust furniture, equipment, blinds, and light fixtures</li><li>
Clean mirrors and interior window surfaces and surrounding areas</li><li>
Clean entrances and exits, washing finger marks from glass, doors, walls and hardware, and keeping outside area clear of pebbles, snow, cans, paper, etc.</li><li>
Clean and disinfect drinking fountains</li><li>
Report damage and acts of vandalism and report and/or perform minor maintenance repairs</li><li>
Use cleaning equipment, including electric floor buffers, commercial vacuums, wet mops, large wringers and other necessary equipment, tools, and supplies</li><li>
Refill hand soap and paper towel dispensers and re-stock toilet paper as needed</li><li>
Mix and use cleaning chemicals and products in accordance with instructions</li><li>
Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are stored in a safe and orderly manner and an adequate supply is maintained.</li><li>
Move and/or relocate furniture</li><li>
Comply with all established general and industrial safety rules and regulations as applicable to the contract, facility and job assignment</li><li>
Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested</li></ul>
Essential Skills<ul><li>
Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment</li><li>
Knowledge of the Hazardous Materials Information System</li><li>
Ability to read and understand instructions and labels, particularly on the use and application of cleaning chemicals and products</li></ul> 

Requirements

<li>MUST have Top Secret Clearance</li>
<li>MUST have SCI eligibility
</li><li>1 year experience in Custodial field in the last three years</li>

<div>TechFlow is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a mission-critical DoD software development and modernization program in Montgomery, AL. This program delivers software development and technical support services to sustain, enhance, and optimize a critical customer system through the delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The Scrum Master will play a key role in enabling Agile delivery practices, supporting continuous improvement, and helping a cross-functional team successfully execute modernization initiatives.
As the Scrum Master, you will serve as the Agile servant leader for a cross-functional software development team, ensuring Agile principles and Scrum practices are consistently applied throughout the software development lifecycle. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, foster collaboration between the development team and Government Product Owner, and promote continuous improvement while supporting the successful delivery of mission-critical software capabilities.
Working closely with the Program Manager, Agile Project Manager, Software Engineers, Oracle Database Administrator, DevSecOps Engineer/Cloud Administrator, Test Engineer, and Technical Writer, you will help ensure the team delivers high-quality software in accordance with Agile best practices and Department of Defense acquisition requirements.
Keq Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serve as the Scrum Master for an Agile software development team supporting customer modernization initiatives.</li><li>
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives while ensuring established timeboxes are maintained.</li><li>
Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the Government Product Owner to refine, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog.</li><li>
Ensure Product Backlog Items (PBIs) are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for sprint execution.</li><li>
Enforce adherence to the team's Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).</li><li>
Remove obstacles that impede team progress and proactively resolve or escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.</li><li>
Maintain sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity tracking, team capacity planning, and impediment logs.</li><li>
Generate Agile dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Government-approved Agile management tools.</li><li>
Support transparency by communicating sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers to Government and program leadership.</li><li>
Encourage collaboration across software engineering, DevSecOps, testing, database administration, and technical documentation teams.</li><li>

Requirements

Serving as the primary point of contact for the Government, the Program Manager will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and execution oversight for a multidisciplinary Agile software development team.
This program provides software development (modernization) and technical support services for a critical DOD system. The Program Manager will ensure the successful delivery of all contract requirements while leading efforts to sustain, enhance, optimize, and continuously improve the system through secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The Program Manager will oversee a high-performing technical team. The successful candidate will foster collaboration across all functional areas while ensuring software solutions are delivered using Agile methodologies, DevSecOps best practices, and the DoD Software Acquisition Pathway in support of customer modernization objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serve as the primary interface between TechFlow and Government leadership, including the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and other customer stakeholders.</li><li>
Provide overall leadership and direction for all contract personnel.</li><li>

Requirements
