TechINT Solutions Group, LLC is searching for an All Source Analyst to perform Technical analysis on unmanned threat platforms such as Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Unmanned Maritime Systems (UMS) by joining our team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Job# TI1584NOTE: This position will have deployment rotations.Job Description<ul><li>Conduct all-source analyses and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need to know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to identify suspicious transactions/entities/ and activities related to emerging and current commercial technology.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to identify enemy TTPs and develop targetable intelligence products.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to uncover new leads significant to the threat networks and communicate these leads internally as well as externally.</li><li>Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.</li><li>Research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings as well as direct support to current operations.</li><li>Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community.</li><li>Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to possible conflict areas) on short notice in order to disseminate relevant threat information.</li><li>Provide high-level subject matter proficiency and advanced technical knowledge of highly specialized applications and technology support to DEVCOM C5ISR Center for Counter-Improvised Threat devices, equipment, software, and training, this includes all manners of improvised threats from Counter UAS to Counter UMS</li><li>Perform all functional duties independently.</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Active TS/SCI.</li><li>Requires Military intelligence MOS background and have completed formal military intelligence training/school.</li><li>Knowledge of current events in targeting, customs, historical, assessment, and pattern analysis processes.</li><li>Ability to generate/provided specialized analytical products.</li><li>Ability to search/screen all media sources and provide assessments of intelligence impacts.</li><li>Demonstrate experience and understanding in HUMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, and IMINT intelligence disciplines and the ability to fuse disparate data into completed reports.</li><li>Understanding of threat device engineering and function.</li><li>UAS and Counter UAS platform and hands on instruction.</li><li>Experience and the Ability to integrate UAS and C-UAS TTPs into Operational and Intelligence Planning.</li><li>Demonstrate understanding of ISR Operations Collection Strategy, Planning, and Execution.</li><li>The ability to identify UAS and UMS systems.</li><li>Monitors and analyzes strategic and operational intelligence information.</li><li>Research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings as well as direct support to current operations.</li><li>Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.</li><li>Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.</li><li>Proficient in utilizing specialized intelligence tools to create final products.</li><li>Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements.</li><li>Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs.</li></ul>Pioneers.
