Job description<ul><li>System Monitoring: Monitor and manage, computers, network, and servers to ensure their optimal performance and security.</li><li>Hardware and Software Support: Having proper knowledge of different kind of hardware's and Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in resolving technical problems.</li><li>User Account Management: Create, modify, and manage user accounts, access permissions, and group policies as per client requirements.</li><li>Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard critical data, and perform data recovery in case of emergencies.</li><li>Patch Management: Keep systems up-to-date by applying patches and updates to operating systems and software applications.</li><li>Security Compliance: Assist in ensuring that client systems comply with security policies and standards, including antivirus and firewall management.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.</li><li>Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their IT needs, provide status updates, and offer technical solutions.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior system administrators and IT consultants to solve complex technical issues and improve IT infrastructure.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Basic understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and network fundamentals.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.</li><li>Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus (but not mandatory).</li><li>BSC.IT and MSC.IT IMS preferable</li><li>travel allowance will be given ].</li></ul>Note : Good English Communication required Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;8,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
