We are a team of passionate creators, building high-quality, fun, and scalable experiences for players around the world.We&rsquo;re on the lookout for a creative and detail-driven Marketing Artist with 0 - 1 year of experience in producing marketing visuals, ASO creatives, video ads, and Lottie animations to help us reach and engage global audiences.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and deliver high-quality static creatives for user acquisition campaigns (social ads, banners, interstitials).</li><li>Create App Store Optimization (ASO) assets: icons, screenshots, feature graphics, and store previews for iOS and Android.</li><li>Develop video creatives including gameplay trailers, app previews, and short-form ad videos.</li><li>Produce Lottie animations for in-game UI, app previews, and lightweight marketing animations.</li><li>Collaborate with UA, design, and product teams to A/B test creatives and optimize based on performance.</li><li>Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and platform requirements across all visual assets.</li><li>Stay updated on trends in mobile game marketing, animation, and creative performance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>0-1 year of experience as a marketing artist in mobile games or digital media.</li><li>Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Lottie (via Bodymovin or similar tools).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing static ads, ASO visuals, video ads, and Lottie animations.</li><li>Understanding of motion design, UI animation principles, and mobile ad formats.</li><li>Familiarity with creative specs for App Store, Google Play, and ad platforms like Meta, Google Ads, etc.</li><li>Ability to work onsite in Bangalore in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with Spine 2D, Unity, or 3D tools like Blender.</li><li>Awareness of creative A/B testing workflows and UA metrics.</li><li>Passion for mobile gaming and knowledge of top-performing game art styles.</li></ul>Job Type: FresherPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
