Field Sales &ndash; Channel Partner Executive (SaaS Sales)Role: Acquire and manage channel partners who can resell, distribute, or integrate our SaaS solutions in their regional markets, driving recurring revenue and product adoption.Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, onboard, and activate channel partners (agencies, consultants, IT resellers, system integrators).</li><li>Pitch the SaaS product&rsquo;s value, demo capabilities, and explain ROI to partners.</li><li>Drive monthly subscription sales, renewals, and usage across partner accounts.</li><li>Equip partners with sales kits, product training, pricing plans, and use-case playbooks.</li><li>Support partners in closing deals through joint visits, demos, and proposal support.</li><li>Ensure CRM hygiene, track pipeline, and report partner performance.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor SaaS offerings, and partner feedback.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong SaaS sales understanding (subscriptions, demos, ROI selling).</li><li>Ability to communicate technical value in simple business terms.</li><li>Proven experience in partner acquisition and relationship management.</li><li>Target-driven, field-focused, and comfortable with travel.</li></ul>KPIs<ul><li>Partner onboarding &amp; activation</li><li>Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) through partners</li><li>Lead-to-demo-to-close ratio</li><li>Renewals &amp; retention through partner network</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;5 years in SaaS sales, channel sales, or B2B tech sales.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,791.14 - &#8377;32,520.75 per monthWork Location: In person
