AI Engineer &mdash; LangChain &amp; Agentic Systems (Python)Location: Bangalore (WFO) Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleBe part of Tvara&rsquo;s AI-first team by building agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines using LangChain and Python. You&rsquo;ll create intelligent workflows, test models, and make AI systems usable in real-world business scenarios.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop LangChain-based agents with memory, tool use, and reasoning.</li><li>Implement RAG pipelines: document chunking, embeddings, and retrieval.</li><li>Build evaluators to measure accuracy, latency, and safety of outputs.</li><li>Integrate AI workflows with APIs, databases, and other backend services.</li><li>Optimize inference for speed and cost efficiency.</li><li>Document workflows and support sales/product teams with POCs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proficiency in Python programming.</li><li>Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks.</li><li>Understanding of embeddings, retrieval, and vector databases (FAISS/Chroma/Supabase).</li><li>Basic knowledge of AWS for deployment and scaling.</li></ul>Good problem-solving and experimentation mindset.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;450,271.34 - &#8377;600,932.53 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
