Responsibilities</b></div><div><ul><li>
Provide customer-focused logistics support during both peacetime and contingency operations.</li><li>
Utilize the <b>Global Combat Support System&ndash;Army (GCSS-Army)</b> to perform supply, maintenance, and inventory management functions.</li><li>
Receive, inspect, and process materials, repair parts, components, and assemblies supporting maintenance activities.</li><li>
Maintain accurate inventory accountability and conduct materiel transactions within GCSS-Army.</li><li>
Process turn-ins of recoverable items in accordance with applicable Army regulations.</li><li>
Prepare and submit <b>Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs)</b> and <b>Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs)</b> for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.</li><li>
Serve as the departmental warranty coordinator, tracking warranty actions and resolutions.</li><li>
Coordinate with item managers to expedite required materials and monitor long-lead procurement actions.</li><li>
Track and update parts statuses, priorities, and estimated shipping dates to support operational requirements.</li><li>
Execute duties in compliance with established GCSS-Army policies, Army regulations, and supply management procedures.</li><li>
Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution activities.</li><li>
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered within logistics systems.</li><li>
Perform additional administrative and logistics-related duties as assigned by leadership.</li><li><b>

Candidates must possess demonstrated education, training, or experience in <b>Department of War logistics operatio2740ns</b>, including proficiency in the following areas:</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Experience performing property accountability functions in accordance with:<ul><li><b>
AR 710-2, Supply Policy Below the National Level</b></li><li><b>
AR 735-5, Property Accountability Policies</b></li></ul></li><li>
Hands-on experience using <b>GCSS-Army (GCSS-A)</b>.</li><li>
Knowledge of Army supply management principles, policies, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Experience supporting warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities.</li><li>
Ability to interpret regulations and apply established procedures to resolve logistics issues.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.</li><li>
Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Proficiency with <b>Microsoft Office applications</b>, Windows operating systems, and other standard business software.</li><li>
Ability to apply established logistics principles and technical expertise to complex assignments and identify effective solutions.</li></ul><div><b>

Education &amp; Experience:</b></div><div><ul><li><b>
2&ndash;7 years</b> of progressively responsible experience in logistics, supply operations, asset visibility, property accountability, or related property management disciplines.</li></ul></div><div><b>
Location:</b></div><div><ul><li>
Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.</li><li>
Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Schedule flexing is available with the PM&rsquo;s approval.</li></ul></div><div><b>
Travel:</b></div><div>
Once a quarter or less.</div><div><b>
