 What Engineer Will Do:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Perform site assessment (check existing switches &amp; UPS setup)
 
 
 &bull; Take photos and note current connections
 
 
 &bull; Remove old hardware (switches &amp; UPS)
 
 
 &bull; Install new switches &amp; UPS in rack
 
 
 &bull; Perform cabling, labeling, and cleanup
 
 
 &bull; Power ON devices and check basic status (LEDs, power)
 
 
 &bull; Submit installation checklist + photos
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills Required:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Rack &amp; Stack (hands-on installation)
 
 
 &bull; Cabling &amp; labeling experience
 
 
 &bull; Basic knowledge of network switches
 
 
 &bull; UPS installation &amp; power handling
 
 
 &bull; Ability to work independently onsite
 
 
 
 
 
 *PART 2: Cutover &amp; Validation (Visit 2)*
 
 
 
 
 
 What Engineer Will Do:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Support network cutover with remote team
 
 
 &bull; Assist in basic troubleshooting if any issue occurs
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all devices are working properly after cutover
 
 
 &bull; Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support
 
 
 &bull; Remove &amp; pack old hardware (decommissioning)
 
 
 &bull; Take final photos and submit:
 
 
 &bull; Cutover report
 
 
 &bull; UAT confirmation
 
 
 &bull; Decommissioning details
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills Required:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Basic networking knowledge (switches, ports, connectivity)
 
 
 &bull; Ability to coordinate with remote engineers
 
 
 &bull; Troubleshooting mindset
 
 
 &bull; Good documentation &amp; reporting skills

 &bull; Smart Hands / Field Engineer
 
 
 &bull; Basic Network Support (L1/L2 level)

 &bull; Able to manage both visits independently
