TechGenzi is looking for a highly motivated TechLead with hands on experience in Full Stack Development (Tech stack: MEAN / MERN).Job Description / Responsibilities<ul><li>Work involves all aspects of software development lifecycle - Design, code, test, deploy, maintain, enhance, and support for the product being developed.</li><li>Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend optimal technical solutions.</li><li>Developing technical specifications and architecture</li><li>Develop application modules independently through Writing clean, testable code meeting the coding &amp; quality standards.</li><li>Task reprioritize based on technical feasibility and business needs.</li><li>Be a mentor to the junior resources and provide technical guidance, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.</li><li>Conduct and participate in project planning &amp; scheduling, design discussions, and provide assistance during testing.</li><li>Produce necessary technical documentation as per the project requirements.</li><li>Provide product demo to potential customers.</li></ul>Preferred Skills / Experience:<ul><li>Good knowledge of Node.js, Express.js (or Sails.js), Angular (or React).</li><li>Need clear understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Typescript</li><li>Sound understanding of either RDBMS (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent).</li><li>Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP</li><li>Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing ReST APIs</li><li>Experience in Version control system like GIT</li><li>Experience in developing responsive web applications.</li><li>Knowledge of AWS, CI / CD, Gitflow, shell scripting, container solutions, docker</li><li>Experience with product development lifecycle (tools and process) like sonarcube, veracode</li><li>Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in local and remote Sprints.</li><li>Ability to support and maintain existing systems built on MEAN/MERN Stack.</li><li>Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships, including the impact of changes in one area on another area.</li></ul>Minimum Required Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in MEAN/MERN Stack development</li></ul>Relocation:This position does NOT offer any relocation benefits.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are an equal opportunity employer.
