 Tasks

 Supports testing
 
 and
 
 deployment
 
 of new products and features.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Participate
 
 in code reviews.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Take
 
 ownership
 
 of project outcomes and drive the
 
 resolution of challenges
 
 with urgency and focus.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 <ul>

 Strong
 
 problem-solving
 
 and
 
 programming
 
 skills.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in Ruby
 
 and familiarity with
 
 Scala
 
 , or willingness to learn Scala if not already experienced.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 3+ years of experience
 
 with
 
 Ruby on Rails
 
 in production environments.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 2+ years of experience
 
 in at least one of the modern
 
 JavaScript front-end frameworks
 
 (e.g.,
 
 Stimulus, React, Vue, or Angular)
 
 and UI design systems like
 
 Tailwind CSS.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Solid understanding of
 
 functional programming, object-oriented design
 
 , and
 
 database design principles.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 communication
 
 and
 
 collaboration
 
 skills.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Experience with developing
 
 Ruby gems, Flutter
 
 &amp;
 
 AWS
 
 is a huge bonus but not required.
 </li>
