Role Overview:We are looking for a PPC Specialist with expertise in Meta ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, and other advertising platforms. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve exceptional ROI. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Saltlake Sector 5, Kolkata office, offering long-term growth opportunities within our expanding company.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms to achieve lead generation and sales goals.</li><li>Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and SEMrush to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Optimization: Continuously improve campaigns based on data analysis to maximize ROI and efficiency.</li><li>A/B Testing: Conduct tests on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.</li><li>Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.</li><li>PPC Management: Manage PPC campaigns, display ads, and retargeting across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.</li><li>Conversion Optimization: Analyze UI/UX and suggest improvements to increase conversions and sales.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2-5 years of experience in paid advertising across multiple platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, and other data analysis tools.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for advanced data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Understanding of SEO principles and how they complement PPC campaigns.</li><li>Strong communication and project management skills.</li><li>Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).</li><li>Proven ability to improve campaign performance and increase ROAS.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Understanding of UI/UX principles and their impact on conversion rates.</li><li>Proven experience in boosting sales and lead generation through paid ads.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
