The ideal candidate has a strong background in front-end and back-end Shopify development, a deep understanding of Liquid templates, and experience optimizing stores for performance, scalability, and conversion. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our design and digital marketing teams to create seamless online shopping experiences that delight our customers and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores, themes, and apps.</li><li>Implement responsive and visually appealing front-end designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.</li><li>Integrate third-party apps, APIs, and custom functionality to enhance the store&rsquo;s capabilities.</li><li>Optimize site performance, speed, and SEO.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify stores.</li><li>Collaborate with designers to convert mockups into fully functional Shopify pages.</li><li>Manage Shopify Plus features (if applicable), including scripts and checkout customization.</li><li>Maintain version control using Git or similar tools.</li><li>Stay current on Shopify updates, e-commerce trends, and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of professional experience as a Shopify Developer.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.</li><li>Experience with Shopify APIs and App Development (custom or private apps).</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify Plus, headless commerce, and Hydrogen/React (a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Experience with version control tools such as Git.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience integrating third-party platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Yotpo, ReCharge, Google Analytics).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify theme 2.0 and JSON templates.</li><li>Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Shopify: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
