<div><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.</li>
<li>Drive qualified lead generation for SaaS products.</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end campaign execution - from targeting, ad setup, creative testing, landing page optimization, to post-campaign reporting.</li>
<li>Drive lead generation and user acquisition for SaaS products by optimizing for lower CPA and higher ROAS.</li>
<li>Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.</li>
<li>Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels to maximize campaign performance.</li>
<li>Monitor budgets, track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates), and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.</li>
<li>Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and product positioning.</li>
<li>Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and dashboards.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul><li>2 - 3 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B.</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools<b> </b>(Google Analytics, GTM, Ads Managers, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.</li>
