JOB SUMMARY:</b><br>
Senior Analyst responsible for supporting HQDA G-37 Training Directorate, Institutional Training Division (HQDA/TRI) in support of Army Training. Provides analysis in support of development, analysis, and review of Army Training. Coordinates with stakeholders to consolidates the requirements providing the Training Directorate with complete information needed to make decisions and recommendations on requirements and funding levels. Continues as the subject matter expert on Institutional Training issues throughout the POM, BES, and President Budget Cycles. Evaluates training resource courses of action and Army leader decisions for impacts on training. Prepares and communicates information in support of Army decisions in areas involving training resources. Supports recurring HQDA Training meetings and conferences with administrative support and note-taking as required. Performs other duties as assigned.<br>

<b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b><br>
<ul><li>Supports HQDA G-37 Training Directorate, in the Pentagon in the development, analysis, and review of Army training requirements and policies.</li><li>Completes and updates reports as needed.</li><li>Supports data requests</li><li>Provides analysis of Army training data as required.</li><li>Provides support in the development of responses for OSW and Congressional inquiries.</li></ul>

<b>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</b><br>
<ul><li>Four year degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university or college or 15 years Army Experience</li><li>Experience in a field related to Army civilian or military training, doctrine, or resource management</li><li>Secret clearance</li></ul>
<br>
<b>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:</b><br>
<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office Applications &ndash; High level of proficiency in Excel</li><li>Working knowledge of PPBE, MDEPs, and AMSCO structure preferred but not required</li><li>Basic knowledge of mathematical methods and techniques</li><li>Ability to perform basic mathematical computations</li><li>Working knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar and punctuation</li><li>Working knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, systems and equipment.</li><li>Ability to understand and interpret Army policies and procedures</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing</li><li>Ability to maintain poise and courtesy under pressure; to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and tact</li><li>Ability to organize and execute multiple assignments under specific time constraints with general instructions</li><li>Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.</li></ul>

Senior Analyst

<div><p>Serves as T2COM Budget Guidance (TBG) Senior Analyst. Recommends distribution of funding and resources based on requirements. Collects and analyzes training requirements, provides cost analysis and recommendations on funding decisions within the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) framework. Utilizes quantitative analysis, modeling, and alternative solution techniques to support senior leaders in data-driven decision-making related to force structure, future planning, and resource optimization. Utilizes the suite of models and applications within the Army&rsquo;s Training Resource Models Information System (TRMIS) and official programs of record to complete tasks as required.</p><p>
Transformation and Training Command&rsquo;s (T2COM) DCS G-8 Resource Management, Budget Directorate &ndash; Requirements Analysis Division (RAD) at JBLE &ndash; Ft. Eustis (Newport News), VA as part of the U.S. Army HQDA G-3 / DAMO-TR ATM contract ensuring the resources necessary to execute its transformation and training mission.</p><p><b>
Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Prior Military (Army preferred), or U.S. Government civilian service experience</li><li>Active &ldquo;Secret&rdquo; security clearance</li><li>Experience in one or more of the following areas: resource management, training, or logistics</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in applying strong analytical skills to evaluate data and inform decision-making</li><li>Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of one or more of the following systems or processes:</li><li>Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process</li><li>Military system of record: Training Resources Management Information System (TRMIS), Resource Management On-line, Training Development Capability (TDC), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), etc.</li><li>ORSA experience</li><li>Familiarity with:</li><li>Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools / applications</li><li>Financial modeling techniques</li></ul><p>
<b>Education and Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent
</li><li>Experience with Army Resource Management</li></ul><p><b>
Secret Clearance is required</b></p><ul><li>Experience in military training, resource management, and/or academic performance which demonstrates the aptitude to grasp and digest complex concept related to these disciplines.</li></ul><p><b>
