Job OverviewThis dual-role position is responsible for managing the company&rsquo;s front office operations while ensuring accurate and efficient control of all organizational documents. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and strict attention to detail.Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply (smart, confident, well-presented).</li><li>Young, energetic male candidates may also be considered.</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk &amp; Visitor Management<ul><li>Manage the reception area with professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Handle visitor management, access control, and like wise management.</li><li>Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.</li><li>Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared.</li></ul>Document Control &amp; Record Management<ul><li>Maintain a centralized filing system (soft &amp; hard copies) for all project documents.</li><li>Ensure proper record-keeping of inspections, reports, certificates, SOPs, and contracts.</li><li>Control document issuance, retrieval, updates, and archival in coordination with departments.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Facility Support<ul><li>Assist with general administrative tasks and inter-departmental communication.</li><li>Monitor office cleanliness, maintenance, and facility readiness.</li><li>Coordinate with the IT and Admin teams to address support requirements.</li><li>Track office supplies, stationery, and ensure availability as needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or relevant qualification preferred.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience in front desk, admin, or document control roles.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, presentaion, and customer service skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and document management processes &amp; practices.</li><li>Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.</li><li>Professional, confident, and capable of managing a busy front office environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
