Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender &amp; Documentation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in preparing and submitting tenders, managing documentation, maintaining records, and handling office administration. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is essential.Key Responsibilities&middot; Prepare, review, and submit government and private sector tenders.&middot; Study tender notices, bidding requirements, and eligibility criteria.&middot; Prepare technical, commercial, and supporting tender documentation.&middot; Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents.&middot; Maintain complete records of tenders, contracts, and company documents.&middot; Organize and manage digital and physical filing systems.&middot; Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and official correspondence.&middot; Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submissions.&middot; Support management with office documentation and administrative tasks.&middot; Ensure confidentiality and proper document control.Required Qualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.&middot; 2&ndash;5 years of proven experience in Tender Documentation and Office Administration.&middot; Strong understanding of Government and Private Sector Tender Procedures.&middot; Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.&middot; Excellent documentation, reporting, and record management skills.&middot; Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.&middot; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits&middot; Competitive Salary&middot; Professional Working Environment&middot; Career Growth Opportunities&middot; Performance-Based Increments&middot; Long-Term Employment OpportunitySalaryPKR 60,000 &ndash; 70,000 per monthWork LocationTechno Mechanical &amp; Civil Engineering (Pvt.)
