Job Description :We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with proven experience and knowledge in building maintenance services to join our growing team in Qatar.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building maintenance sector.</li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and lead generation.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.</li><li>Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate proposal development and service delivery.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client demands.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of sales experience in building maintenance or facility management services.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil maintenance, and other related services.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must be currently residing in Qatar with valid QID</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license is an added advantage.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Note: Only candidates who meet the experience requirement and are locally available in Qatar will be considered.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
