Your Role</div></div><div><div><br>
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Teleselling &amp; Caring, who will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue by delivering a luxury sales experience.</div><div>
In this role, you will play a crucial part in selling Technogym products and services, providing a premium customer experience, understanding the customer&rsquo;s needs and offering the best solution for their desires.</div><div>
You will handle all requests from new and/or existing customers and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns by creating a strong interaction (via call/email/ chat).</div></div></div><div><div><div><br>
Your Impact</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Guarantee the achievement of quarterly inside sales targets.</li>
<li>Fulfill lead generation activity aimed at increasing the customer base</li>
<li>Manage inbound calls (for both B2B and B2C customers), delivering a unique selling experience while understanding customers&rsquo; needs and offering the right solution to ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Manage outbound calls to generate new business opportunities</li>
<li>Support our Sales team in the field by scheduling visits</li>
<li>Manage and nurture the CRM Database to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date</li>
<li>Collect and share adequate market feedback with the relevant departments</li>
<li>Oversee the process from order to installation, checking customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable</li>

</div><div><div>
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are a driven and consultative salesperson with excellent communication skills and strong teamwork. You are cool-tempered and able to handle rejection</div>
<div>
What you should bring:</div>
<ul>
<li>2-3 years&rsquo; experience in telesales or another sales/customer service role</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, ideally with business development experience</li>
<li>Excellent (phone) sales techniques and communication, interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Experience in working in a team in sales-oriented environments</li>
<li>Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and doubts</li>
<li>Long term customer relationship approach</li>
<li>Ability to identify process improvements</li>
<li>Fluency in English</li>
<li>Knowledge of CRM management</li>
<li>Interest in and passion for technological evolution and innovation</li>
<li>Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus</li>

<li>Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field</li>
<li>Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions</li>
<li>Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus</li>
<li>Result-driven approach</li>
<li>Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities</li>
