Workday Financials Techno-Functional Consultant (with Grants Management Experience)WE ARE LOOKING OUT FOR A SUPPORT!Position: Workday Financials Techno-Functional Consultant (SUPPORT ROLE) Location:remote Type: Support role (20 hours/week)Time: 6:30 PM IST to 2:30 PM IST (EST time zone)About the RoleWe are looking for a Workday Financials Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Grants Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology&mdash;supporting finance users, configuring Workday Financials modules, and troubleshooting technical issues, while ensuring smooth operations and enhancements of our Workday platform.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide day-to-day support for Workday Financials, with a focus on Grants Management and related modules (Projects, Procurement, Accounting, Expenses, etc.).</li><li>Partner with finance, grants, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.</li><li>Perform Workday configuration, testing, and deployment for functional and technical changes.</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and integrations within Workday.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in grant-related financial reporting.</li><li>Work with vendors, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure system controls, security, and compliance requirements are met.</li><li>Document system enhancements, process flows, and provide user training when needed.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of Workday Financials experience with a strong focus on Grants Management.</li><li>Proven techno-functional expertise: ability to configure, troubleshoot, and support Workday Financials while working closely with technical teams.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and integrations.</li><li>Strong understanding of finance processes: grants, budgeting, accounting, and project management.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Workday certifications in Financials or Grants Management.</li><li>Experience with other Workday modules (Procurement, Projects, Expenses).</li><li>Prior experience in higher education, research, or non-profit organizations with grant funding.</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 15 weeksPay: &#8377;25,561.54 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
