Job Summary We are seeking a self starter, dynamic and energetic Social Media Specialist and Sales Support professional to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms while actively supporting our sales initiatives. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and engage with our online community to boost brand awareness. Additionally, you will assist the sales team by providing essential support to drive customer engagement, nurture relationships, and enhance overall sales performance. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to blend creative digital marketing with proactive sales support in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and followers.</li><li>Create regular (weekly) content for disbursement across all social media platforms.</li><li>Manage social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for actionable insights.</li><li>Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track analytics, and streamline content distribution.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, nurturing leads, and assisting with order processing. Must be comfortable with talking directly to salespeople, production and customers alike.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and coordinate branding efforts.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.</li><li>Maintain strong relationship management with clients and partners through consistent communication and personalized outreach.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of Social Media Advertising platforms for creating targeted ad campaigns that drive results.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content output.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with clients, partners, and internal teams.</li><li>Basic understanding of branding principles, public relations tactics, e-commerce platforms, and digital video editing techniques.
